Cervical cancer is one of the malignant tumors that seriously threatens women's health. In China, the incidence and mortality rates of cervical cancer are rising. Currently, China faces several challenges in cervical cancer prevention and control, Furthermore, the capacity for screening, diagnosis,and treatment varies significantly across regions, often lacking standardized operational protocols.

To address this gap, this manual is compiled collaboratively by experts from five professional associations and societies. It is divided into six chapters, covering the three-tier prevention strategy for cervical cancer. These chapters include screening strategies and methods for cervical cancer,management of abnormal screening results, colposcopy, management of cervical precancerous lesions, treatment of high-grade squamous intraepithelial lesions, and diagnosis and surgical treatment of cervical cancer. To enhance its practicality, this manual provides detailed descriptions of the technical procedures involved in cervical cancer prevention and control, aiming to guide clinicians in standardizing their practices. It is hoped that this manual will prove valuable in advancing cervical cancer prevention and control efforts.
