Actively engaged in research in health psychology or related fields, with high-quality publications as first or corresponding author. Demonstrated enthusiasm for academic publishing, with strong scholarly judgment and a high sense of responsibility. Experience in organizing academic conferences, presenting at scholarly meetings, or reviewing manuscripts for international journals. Responsibilities Review at least three manuscripts per year, providing fair, rigorous, and constructive peer-review reports. Invite leading scholars from relevant fields, both locally and internationally, to submit manuscripts. Identify high-quality articles and contribute to promotional content. Promote the journal at academic conferences and within professional networks. Participate in Early-Career Editorial Board meetings and provide strategic suggestions for journal development.
